Ingredients4 cups red beans (soaked 12 hours) 1 cup noodles, broken in pieces Water Salt and pepper, to taste Procedure
- Boil the red beans in salted water for 1 1/2 hours.
- Pass through a sieve, leaving plenty of water.
- Put this bean puree back in a kettle and add the noodles.
- Simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Stir occasionally to prevent scorching.
