Ingredients8 endives, washed, cleaned 1 cup cream 2 tablespoons butter 1/2 cup cheese, grated Seasonings to taste Procedure
- Cream And Cheese, Baked Recipe, Boil the endives in salted water for about 10 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Put endives and butter in a baking dish.
- Season.
- Pour over them the cream and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
