Ingredients4 tomatoes, each cut in 3 slices 2 cups bread crumbs 2 eggs, well beaten Flour Fat or shortening Seasonings to taste Procedure
- Breaded And Fried Recipe, Season and dredge in flour the slices of tomato.
- Dip them in the beaten eggs, then in the breadcrumbs.
- With a knife tap each slice of tomato to make the breadcrumbs adhere to them.
- Fry on both sides in the frying pan with the fat or shortening.
- Then serve.
