Ingredients

4 tomatoes, each cut in 3 slices
2 cups bread crumbs
2 eggs, well beaten
Flour
Fat or shortening
Seasonings to taste

Procedure

  1. Breaded And Fried Recipe, Season and dredge in flour the slices of tomato.
  2. Dip them in the beaten eggs, then in the breadcrumbs.
  3. With a knife tap each slice of tomato to make the breadcrumbs adhere to them.
  4. Fry on both sides in the frying pan with the fat or shortening.
  5. Then serve.
