Sweetbread With Tomatoes Recipe 2

Ingredients

4 pieces sweetbread, boiled for 10 minutes, trimmed
4 tomatoes, cut in halves
2 tablespoons butter
Seasonings to taste

Procedure

  1. After the sweetbreads have been boiled, split them open and season.
  2. Put butter in frying pan.
  3. Fry the sweetbreads slowly on both sides until nicely brown.
  4. Add the tomatoes and seasonings.
  5. Cover and let cook for about 5 minutes.
  6. Then serve.
