Ingredients1 venison with spinach 1 fettuccineProcedureBrown cubed venison (Approx. 1/2 pound) in 1/3 cup butter Then; Add 1/3 cup chopped green onions 2 cloves chopped garlic 1tbs worcester sauce 1/2 tbs soy sauce Approx. 1 to 2 tbs fresh parsley salt and pepper to taste (hot pepper optional) simmer for 5 minutes. Then; add 1/2 cup can black beans, drained approximately 8 chopped black olives 2 medium tomatoes, chopped And simmer for an additional 10 minutes Meanwhile;
Prepare one ounce spinach fettucine according to package instructions Serve venison sauce over the pasta and top with fresh parmesan cheese to taste.
