Swedish Salad. Recipe

Procedure

  1. One cup of cold chicken diced, one cup of beef tongue, one cup of smoked salmon, one carrot, two potatoes, one cup of string beans, French dressing, one-half pint mayonnaise dressing, pickled beet.
  2. Separate the fish into flakes and add it to the chicken.
  3. Boil the vegetables, cut them into dice, macerate them with the French dressing; mix with the meat.
  4. Put in a salad bowl and add the mayonnaise dressing.
  5. Garnish with pickled beet cut in fancy shapes.
