Ingredients1/2 cup light mayonnaise 2 Tbsp. sugar 2 Tbsp. lime juice (fresh squeezed) 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. kosher salt 6 cups (1 lb) coleslaw mix, or shredded cabbage 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped Procedure1. Combine first five ingredients, mayo through salt, in a bowl until well blended.
