Hot Sauce Tartare Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 shallot, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 tablespoon capers
1/2 tablespoon pickles
1/2 tablespoon olives
1/2 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped

Procedure

  1. To white sauce, add remaining ingredients.
  2. Stir constantly until mixture is thoroughly heated, but do not let it come to the boiling-point.
  3. Served with boiled, steamed, or fried fish.
