Tomato Chutney

Ingredients

Onions- 2 big ones chopped leghthwise
Asaphoita- a small piece
Red Dry Chillies - 8
Tomato - 5 big chopped lenghthwise
Mustard - a few
Salt- To taste
Oil- For cooking

Procedure

Add oil in a vessel and when it heats add the onions, asaphoita, red dry chillies and mix well till light brown, then addd the tomatoes and mix well till the water of the tomtoes get over, then switch off the gas and let it cool. After it cools put this in the mixie and grind it to a fine paste. In another vessel add oil and when it heats add the mustard seeds, when it crackkles switch off the gas. To this
add the tomato chutney from the mixie and add salt and mix well. Then light the gas and put this vessel till it boils, then switch off the gas. The tomato chutney is ready to be served.
