Ingredients4 cups 2% low-fat milk 2/3 cup Arborio rice or other short-grain rice 2/3 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup raisins 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg Procedure1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
2. Reduce heat to low; cook 50 minutes or until rice is tender and mixture is creamy, stirring occasionally.
