Brandied Peach Sundaes

Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. cold water
dash salt
1/2 cup grenadine syrup
1/4 cup brandy or apple juice
2 cups sliced peeled peaches
1 pint vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt

Procedure

1. Mix cornstarch, cold water and salt in saucepan. Stir in grenadine syrup and heat to boiling; reduce heat.

2. Cook over low heat about 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in brandy and peaches.

3. Cool slightly and serve warm over frozen yogurt.
