Whipped Cream (for decoration)

Ingredients

50 gms Cream
1/2  tsp pineapple essence
1 tbsp powdered sugar

Procedure

1. Mix the above things.
2. Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes.
3. Beat well till soft peak are formed.
4. Put in an icing gun and put the gun in the freezer for 5-7 minutes.
5. Decorate the souffle with this whipped cream.
