Milk Powder Icing

Ingredients

1 1/4 cup icing sugar
120 gms butter (3/4 cup)
2 tbsp powdered milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup milk

Procedure

1. Beat butter till light.
2. Add essence & icing sugar.
3. Gradually add 1 tsp of milk and mix to form a thick smooth paste which holds its shape but is easy to spread.
4. Add 2 tbsp of milk powdered & beat again till well blended.
5. This icing is enough to ice a 4 eggs cake.
