Indian Fried Rice

Ingredients

4 cups of boiled rice
1 small cabbage-shredded
2 carrots- grated
1 onion-sliced finely
1 tomato
2-3 green chillies
juice of 1 lemon
salt, red chilli pd. &garam masala to taste
4-5 tbsp of oil

Procedure

1. Heat oil. Add onion & fry till pink.
2. Add cabbage and carrots. Cook 1-2 minutes over high flame. Add salt.
3. Add rice and green chillies. Fry rice for 4-5 minutes.
4. Add lemon juice, seasonings and big tomato pieces. Mix well.
