Breakfast Milkshake Recipe

Ingredients

1 large banana
1 frozen orange juice concentrate; (6 oz.)
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup lowfat milk

Procedure

In blender container place all ingredients and puree until smooth. Makes 2 large milkshakes, great for breakfast with toast and coffee. Posted to recipelu-digest by "Diane Geary." on Feb 2, 1998
