Ingredients5 tablespoon olive oil 8 oz tricolour pasta twists 2 oz butter 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed 4 oz button mushrooms, wiped 14 oz tuna chunks in oil, drained and fla; ked 1 salt and pepper 2 tablespoon snipped fresh chivesProcedureBring a large pan of salted water to the boil and add a tablespoon of olive oil to prevent pasta from sticking. Add pasta twists, bring back to the boil and simmer for about 10-12 min or al dente. Drain.
Meanwhile, heat the remaining oil and butter in a saucepan and add the garlic and mushrooms. Cook for 2-3 minutes, add tuna and heat thoroughly, season to taste.
Mix the pasta and the sauce together. Serve garnished with the chives
