Hawaiian Chili Pepper Water Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup hawaiian hot chili peppers; chopped fine (up to 1/3)
1/2 lb hawaiian salt (up to 1)
1 gal water

Procedure

Combine ingredients and bring to a boil. Cool; store in bottles. Let stand 2-3 days before using. Yield: 16 cups. Me ke aloha, Mary
