Ingredients3 tablespoon cured ham, finely diced 2 cl garlic, minced 2 tablespoon parsley, minced 1/2 dried red chili pepper, seed 1 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pep 2 teaspoon fruity olive oil 12 medium mushroom caps, brusheProcedureIn a bowl mix together the ham, garlic, parsley, chili pepper, and olive oil. Fill the mushroom caps with this mixture, arrange in a baking dish [may be prepared ahead], and bake at 350 F for 15 minutes. (Championes Rellenos De Jamon).
