Ingredients
4 cups cubed cooked chicken
8 ounces dry fusilli/spiral pasta
1 1/2 cups cubed Gouda or Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup seedless green grapes
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
2/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Procedure
In a large bowl, combine chicken, pasta, cheese, celery and grapes. In a small bowl, combine next seven ingredients. Pour over chicken mixture and toss to coat. Cover and chill until ready to serve; toss with pecans.
