Corn Soup

Ingredients

1 medium bhutta
4 cups water
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 tbsp butter
2 cups milk
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp cornflour
1/4 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
1/4 cup finely cut french beans

Procedure

1. Grate corn, taking out a few whole corns.
2. Add 4 cups water and pressure cook to give one whistle. Keep it on fire with the whistle on, for another 15 minutes.
3. Heat butter. Saute vegetables.
4. Add theboiled corn with water. Boil for3-4 minutes.
5. Add cornflour dissolved in milk (2 cups) and cook for 5 minutes.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
