Vanilla Mousse Eggless

Ingredients

1/2 tin milk-maid (200gms) condensed milk
1  apple
2 tsp vanilla essence
200 gms cream
2 tsp heaped gelatine
3 tsp lemon juice
1 1/4 cup water (200ml)
2 tbsp powdered sugar

Procedure

1. Mix gelatine in 1/2 cup water. Heat on slow fire till it dissolves.
2. Beat condensed milk in a pan till creamy.
3. Grate unpeeled apple and sprinkle lemon juice over it.
4. Tothecondensedmilk,add 1 1/4 cup water, sugar and gelatine solution and grated apple. Mix well.
5. Chill in the freezer till the mixture is thick.
6. Beat well. Add essence and cream. Set in the freezer. When set, remove from freezer and keep in the fridge.
