Ingredients1/2 tin condensed milk (milk-maid) 75 ml (1/3 cup milk) 60 gms (1/3 cup oil) 1 tbsp sugar 125 gms (1 1/4 pressed cups) maida 1/2 tsp level soda-bicarb. 1 tsp level baking powder 1 tsp vanilla essence a baking tin of 7" diameterProcedure1. Sift tnaida with soda-bicarb, and bakingpd. Keep aside. 2. Mix sugar and oil. Add milk-maid. Beat well. 3. Add milk. Mix well. Add essence. 4. Add the tnaida gradually beating well after each addition. 5. Beat well for 3-4 minutes till the mixture is smooth and light. 6. Bake in greased and dusted tin for about 40 minutes at 150°C
