Ingredients

90 gms chocolate slab (bitter)
1 egg
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine

Procedure

1. Heat 1/4 cup water. Add chocolate slab broken into bits. Slow down the fire.
2. Keep on fire till it melts.
3. Remove from fire and add butter.
4. Add icing sugar also. Mix well.
5. Add egg & beat well.
6. Return to slow fire till it attains a pouring consistency.
7. Pour at once on the cake. 8. Decorate with butter icing.
