Ingredients200 gms icing sugar 2-3 tbsp hot boiling water 2 tbsp heaped cocoa 1 tbsp butter 1 tsp vanilla essenceProcedure1. Add boiling hot water to cocoa. Dissolve cocoa well. 2. Add sifted icing sugar & butter. 3. Melt sugar over boiling water (double boiler), stirring occasionally. 4. Spread over the cake with a damp palette knife.
