Garlic Mushroom

Ingredients

Olive oil 1 tbsp
Garlic, chopped 2 tbsp
Mushrooms 300 gms
Salt To taste
Red wine 1 tbsp
Black pepper, crushed A pinch
Parsely For garnish

Procedure

1. Saute chopped garlic in olive oil. 

2. Add mushrooms, salt to taste and red wine.

3.Cover the pan and cook on low flame. 

4. Finally, sprinkle crushed black pepper and garnish with parsely. 

5. Garlic mushroom is ready to serve.
