IngredientsCream cheese Cooked salmon, chopped fine Four slices thick sliced bread Procedure
- Spread the four slices of bread with cream cheese.
- Sprinkle with salmon.
- Put cream cheese the cheese on both sides of the salmon, to make the slices stick together.
- Pile them up, making a cube, with bread top and bottom, and press together firmly.
- Wrap in a damp cloth and put in the refrigerator until neede.
- At serving time, trim off the crusts and slice the cubes into dainty sandwiches, which look like layer cake.
