Ingredients1 pound cooked ham through 4 tablespoons creamed butter 1 teaspoon mustard 1 teaspoon paprika Bread 2 eggs slightly beaten 2 cups milk Procedure
- Put ham through food chopper.
- Add creamed butter, mustard and paprika. Mix well.
- Cut bread in sixteen1/4 inch slices, spread eight slices bread with the ham mixture, cover with remaining bread and press slices firmly together.
- Cut each sandwich in three strips.
- Combine eggs and milk.
- Dip sandwiches, one at a time, in this mixture and saute in butter. Cook each side until lightly browned.
- Serve hot.
