Ingredients

1/2 chopped, hard-boiled egg
1 shredded sardine
1/2 tablespoon chow-chow and corn oil, mixed
Mayonnaise to blend
Buttered bread

Procedure

  1. For each sandwich, mix the hard-boiled egg, sardine, chow-chow, and corn oil. Use mayonnaise to blend.
  2. Spread on buttered bread, top with a second slice of bread, press together and cut in triangles and serve.
