Pizza Base

Ingredients

250 gram Refined Flour
10gram Yeast
1 tbsp Grain Sugar
2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Salt
1 numbser Egg
70 ml. Milk

Procedure

1. Make a soft dough with flour, yeast, egg, milk and salt.
2. Cover it with a wet cloth and keep for 30 min.
3. Divide into 6 portions and roll into rounds of 4 inch diameter.
4. Keep on the greased drip tray and leave for 20 min.
5. Prick with a fork and bake for 15 minutes. Add the prepared filling and cheese bake similarly bake the rest of pizzas.
6. If you are planning to use the base immediately for making the pizza then bake it only for 10 minutes and apply the topping. Refer Recipe 29 for further guidelines.
