Mushroom Salt 'N' Pepper

Ingredients

Canned mushroom 300 gm
Cornflour 3 tbsp
Maida 2 tbsp
Salt A pinch
Oil 500 ml
Garlic, finely chopped 1 tsp
Ginger, finely chopped 1 tsp
Onion, chopped 2 tbsp
Red chilli paste 1 tsp
Vinegar 1/4 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Green portion of spring onion 1 tbsp
Green chilli, finely chopped 1 tsp

Procedure

1. Take mushrooms in a bowl. Add corn flour, maida, salt, a little water and mix all the ingredients. 

2. Fry mushrooms till they become golden brown. 

3. Heat oil in a pan and fry finely chopped ginger and garlic. 

4. Now add chopped green chillies, onion, red chilli paste and mix all the ingredients. 

5. Finally add vinegar, soya sauce and green portion of a spring onion. 

6. Now add the already fried mushrooms and mix. 

7. Muhroom salt 'n' pepper is ready to serve.
