Fish Amritsari

Ingredients

Sole fish 400 gms.
Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp.
Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp.
Red chilli powder 1 tsp.
Salt To taste
Lemon Half
Ajwain 1 1/2 tsp.
Kasoori methi 1/2 tsp.
Oil 2 1/2 cup
Besan 1 tbsp.
Amchoor powder 1 tsp.

Procedure

1. For marination, put ginger and garlic paste, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Add salt and lemon juice and mix well. 

2. Marinate the fish with this paste. 

3. Put ajwain and kasoori methi on the marinated fish. Now heat oil in a kadhai. Apply besan on fish and deep-fry it. 

4. Place it on a serving dish and sprinkle amchur powder on it. 

5. Fish amritsari is ready to serve.
