Ingredients1 cup boiling water 1 1/2 tsp ordinary tea leaves For the sugar syrup 2 1/2 cups water 1/2cup sugar Other ingredients 1 big bunch of mint leaves, chopped along with stems Juice of 2 lemons Crushed ice and lemon slices to serveProcedure1. Prepare black tea by adding tea leaves to hot boiling water. 2. Pour this black tea over chopped mint leaves. Leave to cool. 3. Strain and keep aside. 4. Prepare sugar syrup by boiling water and sugar together. 5. Mix tea and sugar syrup. Add lemon juice. Chill. 6. Serve in tall glasses garnished with lemon slices and mint leaves.
