Ingredients1 pared cucumber 2 oranges 3 lemons 1 cup powdered sugar 1 cup preserved ginger syrup 1 cup sugar syrup 2 quarts ginger ale Raspberries and currants for garnish Procedure
- In a large mixing bowl, slice the cucumber, oranges, and lemons.
- Sprinkle with the powdered sugar and pour on the ginger syrup.
- Place in the freezer for two hours to chill and ripen, then add the sugar syrup and ginger ale.
- Place a square block of ice in a glass punch bowl, garnished with large red raspberries and bunches of ripe currants. Pour the effervescing cobbler over it and serve immediately.
