Whitefish With Cream And Celery Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup celery, washed, peeled, chopped fine
8 filets of whitefish, small
1 cup cream
2 tablespoons butter
Seasonings to taste

Procedure

  1. Boil the cream.
  2. Add celery, seasonings and butter.
  3. Place filets of whitefish in a buttered baking dish.
  4. Pour over them the cream mixture.
  5. Bake in hot oven for about 8 minutes.
  6. Then serve.
